No longer spotting.

Still got a postive HPT this morning.

I feel like my insides are being ripped out.

This is a good thing! A positive HPT that is! Was it any darker at all than the first faint line from yesterday? I'd venture to say it was probably the implanting causing the pain and spotting from yesterday. I know I had a severe crampy pain that woke me from a dead sleep right around the time when my first daughter was implanting. Call the doc though if you have any concerns obviously! When do they do a beta?
I'm so excited and PRAYING for you daily! Yay baby/ies!!!

I'm not sure how to read this. You're not spotting? But do I take the title to mean you are full-on bleeding now?

Do you mean that physically or emotionally? If it's the former, please, please go to the ER. And if it's the latter... well, I hope that line will keep getting darker.

That's good that the spotting stopped. Probably just implantation spotting. I know how hard this waiting is. Could you call your RE and explain the situation? There is no reason for you to have to sit and wait in agony. Trust me, most of us IVFers have tested early! I'm sure they are used to that at the REs.
