    First, it's nice to know that I'm not alone in the adolescent husband department. And, second and more importantly, Gracie is so stunningly beautiful that it just took my breath away both from the pure innocence and loveliness that your daughter embodies and because it made me ache for the other daughter that you have lost. Hugs to you. And I hope that I wasn't too depressing.....

    PS: (sorry to put this here but I have NO other way of reaching Amber) Amber - did you use to journal at TLOL and have a Jacob? If so, I miss reading your journal. We have SO much in common. I am just sorry that I never wrote to you. Anyway, I was wondering if you could email me your sweet and sour meatloaf recipie?     Yep, just like you. Mini-M. She is so beautiful, I can't beleive how much she has changed since I saw her in Vegas. So grown up! I can't wait to see her when she gets into about 8th grade but it may give me flashbacks from junior high!! I might start trying to find out if she wants to go to the roller rink and if I can borrow her hair crimper! I may even ask if she wants to listen to the Cocktail soundtrack with me...
